Ordering
You can place your order over the phone, on-line or by post.
Payment can be made by credit/debit card.
All products are subject to availability.
If you have not received your order within 7 days then please contact us.

Postage & packaging costs
Mainland United Kingdom
Up to £150 a charge of £7.50
Over £150.00 free postage & packing.
Islands and Highlands £15.00
For overseas carriage charges please contact us.

Damages
If your item arrives damaged please contact us immediately by phone or email any damages must be reported within seven days of receipt we cannot accept responsibility after this. We will then arrange collection and replacement, if the item is damaged due to the carrier, we will aim to do this within 14 days of your complaint.

Pricing
All prices are in pounds sterling including vat. We reserve the right to change any advertised price or withdraw any special offer at any time but will advise you of any such change before despatch.

Privacy of your data
We request your name address and email for the purpose of delivery and informing you of any future offers we may have in the future. We will not pass your details onto any third party except our carriers for delivery purposes.

Complaints
If you are not fully satisfied with the goods you receive please contact us by phone or email immediately, we will not accept any complaints after 14 days from receipt of the goods.
Our total liability will not exceed the value of the goods purchased.
